The Canton Fair has launched a new mobile app aimed at improving the overall experience for exhibitors and buyers at its events. This app is part of the organizer's ongoing efforts to create an all-year-round Canton Fair and further solidify its position as a leading global trade platform.

Available for both iOS and Android devices, the Canton Fair app combines multiple features to enhance the convenience and efficiency of participants. From itinerary planning and product searches to real-time messaging and supply-demand matching, the app provides an all-in-one solution for making the most out of the event.

One of the key features of the app is its advanced exhibitor and product search functionality. Users can easily find exhibitors or products of interest by searching through industry categories or using keywords, simplifying the sourcing process. The instant messaging feature allows buyers to communicate directly with exhibitors in real time, inquiring about products and negotiating deals without delay.

Additionally, the app facilitates pre-registration, enabling attendees to enter their details in advance and quickly obtain their Buyer Badge upon arrival, thus streamlining the on-site registration process. The app also lets users post their sourcing needs, attracting potential exhibitors and expanding networking opportunities.

A Comprehensive Trade Experience

The 136th Canton Fair, which kicks off on October 15, 2024, is designed to serve as a comprehensive trade platform. It will feature an array of high-quality and reliable products across three distinct phases, each catering to a specific theme:

  1. Advanced Manufacturing: Focused on cutting-edge technologies in electronics, home appliances, new energy vehicles, and industrial automation.
  2. Quality Home Life: Featuring exhibitions of building materials, furniture, household goods, and gift decorations.
  3. Better Life: Showcasing health and leisure products, fashion, toys, and children’s products that align with emerging consumer demands.

With a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters, the Canton Fair promises global buyers access to a wide variety of products from across numerous industries.

Reflecting on Success

The success of the 135th Canton Fair, which attracted buyers from 229 countries and regions with 246,000 in-person and 408,000 online attendees, underscores the growing significance of this global event. The 136th edition aims to build on that success, offering participants more impactful opportunities to engage, network, and expand their business horizons.
