BingEx Limited, a Nasdaq-listed company operating under the FlashEx brand in China, has initiated a commercial pilot for a low-altitude logistics network in Hangzhou. This collaboration with the city government and local businesses focuses on integrating drone technology with urban infrastructure to improve delivery systems. The network leverages FlashEx’s extensive experience, including operations across 297 Chinese cities and a large user base, to optimize order forecasting, site selection, and route planning.
Expanding Low-Altitude Logistics in China
The project addresses key aspects of urban logistics through modules covering infrastructure, demand integration, capacity supply, and operations management. Initial routes in Hangzhou have been launched with no reported incidents or accidents, emphasizing safety and reliability. Low-altitude logistics is seen as a driver of next-generation productivity, offering solutions for time-sensitive and specialized deliveries while reducing the workload and risks for ground-based couriers.
By the end of 2025, FlashEx plans to establish a comprehensive city-wide network in Hangzhou, creating a model that could be replicated in other Chinese cities. This initiative aligns with China’s broader goals to develop its low-altitude economy, which includes advancements in technology and industrial systems. The company intends to continue investing in this sector to support modern consumer services and sustainable urban development.
