2024 Dehua International Ceramic Culture Week

The event features a 10,000-square-meter exhibition area showcasing renowned ceramic brands from countries such as Russia, the UK, and Germany.
Dehua, known for its 3,700-year history in ceramic-making, is China’s largest producer and exporter of ceramic crafts, with products sold in over 190 countries. The international influence of Dehua ceramics continues to grow, drawing visitors eager to explore the region’s rich heritage as the “porcelain capital.”

Dehua’s Global Ceramic Influence Expands
Dehua ceramics have made a notable impact on the global stage. Since August 2023, the “Blanc de Chine — Dehua Porcelain” international exhibition tour has taken Dehua’s exquisite porcelain craftsmanship to Southeast Asia, Europe, and America. These efforts have increased international recognition and bolstered the city’s cultural tourism appeal.
Fang Junqin, head of Dehua County, emphasized the importance of collaboration during the opening ceremony, encouraging merchants to explore new partnerships for mutual growth.

Strong Development and Innovation in Dehua Ceramics
In recent years, Dehua has signed 26 ceramic and cultural tourism-related projects through overseas associations, securing a total investment of 19.192 billion yuan. The county has actively promoted innovation, brand building, and research and development, increasing product value and enhancing its global reputation.
Between January and July 2024, Dehua’s ceramic exports reached 2.035 billion yuan, marking an 18.42% year-on-year increase and highlighting the region’s strong development momentum.\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_layout_column][/cs_element_layout_row][/cs_element_section][/cs_content]
